Executive named Sameliza alias Sam is a big cheat. He gives you false promise on the offers and packages and once you purchase it the staff's attitude changes. If you approach their branch manager named Snehashree, who doesn't know the etiquette to interact with the client , who just goes on shouting at us. Overall a worst experience with btm udupi garden snap fitness. It's only because of the duo , cheater executive and unethical manager.
