I have been going to this gym for a year now and am completely happy about the training given to me by my trainer Mani Malathi. She has helped me in my weight loss and has guided me correctly with proper guidance and coaching. She is an excellent trainer with good knowledge of training, The total ambience and atmosphere is awesome.

I been coming for fitness one for one and half year, it's been a good experience in beign a part of fitness one. I'm trained by Mani Malathi, she's been training me all these days. She is a very experienced trainer ,she guides me very well, she also understand my body conditions and give excerise accordingly ,I lost 11kgs under training.
