I had the most appalling experience with 91 Fitness and their rude receptionist, Ms. Chetna Baraiya, I recently quit my membership with them after having chaotic situations at multiple times. I cannot express enough how utterly disappointed and frustrated I am with their lack of professionalism and customer service. Firstly, Ms. Chetna Baraiya seemed to take personal pleasure in making this Gym as difficult as possible under the influence of certain members of the Gym. She was dismissive and condescending throughout the entire ordeal, as if I had committed a crime by wanting to cancel my membership. They drive with different fees for different members. Furthermore, it's worth mentioning that the gym's communication was abysmal. I had to make multiple calls to even get a response about my membership. Ms. Baraiya seemed to conveniently "forget" about my inquiries, leaving me in the dark for weeks. The treatment I received from Ms. Chetna Baraiya and 91 Fitness was not only rude but also unprofessional. It's evident that they have no regard for their members' concerns or satisfaction. I would strongly advise anyone considering joining this gym to think twice, as their customer service is nothing short of a nightmare.
