The yoga classes here are really effective. I can feel a difference in the way I look and feel and even in my attitude everyday. Besides, the place is really pleasant and everyone is so nice and friendly.

I come here regularly for contemporary dance classes. Initially, I joined the classes just to relax in a fun way but ever since I have even been able to participate in dance shows and competitions all around the city, thanks to this centre.
