I wanted to lose wieght in 2 months and my friend suggested this place and not only did I lose weight but also learnt to maintain it. It's been 2 years now that I still maintain a fit and healthy body and lifestyle.

Apart from weight loss and weight gain programs there are other programs like body building and circuit training. I enjoy coming to this place. The time flexibility part is something that the management is working to help resolve concerns that few of us have.

This center has all the ameneties that an ideal fitness studio should have. It's been a year now and I'm happy that I've maintained my BMI and look forward to help others as well by recommending this fitness studio.
