About Gold's Gym

Gold's Gym in Old Madras Road is one of the top gyms of Bangalore. It is conveniently and centrally located in an international tech park, with secluded environment and great ambiance. It comprises of 48 Staff members including 18 internationally certified trainers, 3 Doctors, Help Desk, Janitors, Maids and Valet drivers throughout 18 hours a day.
