I am surprised with the negative attitude of the Hype gym management...???? Inspite of specifying my problem multiple times and requesting for a refund, I have not received a single satisfactory response from the owner....How do u expect to deal with members if you are not ready to listen to their problems??? Are you just interested in minting money from the members and forget them????????????Instead of addressing my issue, you have been avoiding my calls and smses.. moreover, you had specially asked me to transfer the membership to a friend or family...and when I actually got someone, you clearly refused with an illogical reason( friend must have my surname or my address????? ????) You are not even providing a full set of weights ( kettlebells only max 10kg and dumbbells max 30kg) and have substandard machines and barbells.. The weights are not calibrated as well......further, there is no support by the housekeeping staff for even keeping back the weights.. you don't even have a Body composition machine .... Inspite of all this, you completely ignore and refuse to address my issue and provide me a refund!!!!!???????? CAN I GET AN EXPLANATION FOR THIS UNETHICAL BEHAVIOUR FROM HYPE Sector 16, Faridabad???????????
