Very well managed Gym. Though I have personally not used any Personal trainers, There are very good trainers out here and if you are in need of guidance or is a beginner, this is the right place to be in. Its clean. almost all equipment's are available even for an expert level builder. You have ample space for strength training, functional training and cardio. Change rooms, Lockers, Steam room available. Only thing lacking is a nutrition counter which I hope will be available soon

I have moved here 4 months ago,i was into many other gyms ,but gold gym proved its reputation as best gym, we got very good personal trainers who provides you everything even the motivation to diet.The advanced equipment they got here assists you in doing the work outs easy,eg: assisted chin,assisted chip.I would recommend to join this gym if you are planning to join in any gym.

I just moved here a few months ago and I was really worried about finding a good aerobics class but a colleague recommended this place to me and it turns out all my fears were unfounded. The trainers are pros and they know what they're knowing. Besides, the facilities are awesome.

An absolute fun place but at the same time, you get serious training from certified trainers. It offers exceptional facilities as well. I particularly love the step aerobics classes which are really fun and engaging.
