I joined this place 10 days ago, and have got amazing feedback to share with... It's a perfect place if you're looking for personalized training. On top of that, the trainer and the owner are very friendly and they are right in front of you before you need them. On the very first day I was asked the reasons for which I joined, and as inner strength was my requirement, I was trained everyday differently for the strength building of different parts as in hands, arms, legs and so on. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and everyone as gymming is not only about weight loss or body building but it's more about staying fit and healthy :) .
