A Martial Art can be defined as a system of techniques, physical and mental exercise developed as an effective means for self-defence and offence, both unarmed and with the use of weapons. Combat is a high energy martial-arts inspired workout which is totally non-contact and there are no-complex moves to master.Tabata method involves 20 seconds of "all-out-drop-dead effort" & followed by 10 seconds of rest. Aerobics combines rhythmic Aerobics exercise with stretching and strength training routine with the goal of improving all elements of fitness: Flexibility, Muscular strength and Cardio Vascular Fitness.Power Yoga is a fitness-based vinyasa practice. An offshoot of Ashtanga Yoga, it has many of the same quantities and benefits, including building internal heat, increased stamina, strength, flexibility and as well as stress reduction. Pilates is the art of controlled movements which should look and feel like a workout(not a therapy) when properly manifested.
