At Anahata Yoga zone, our Yoga Instructors are dedicated to the qualities of the Heart Chakra radiating warmth and love in their way of teaching. To them, Yoga is beyond what they do for a living, it is a way of life. Yoga Instructors at Anahata Yoga are all extremely qualified with deep knowledge of Yoga as well as immense teaching experience which you can trust. We realize that no two individual are alike and each one has their own strengths and weaknesses. Keeping this focal point in mind here the instructors push and motivate the students to achieve the best in a class. Here classes are for 1 hour each, and no two classes are ever the same!
