Ever since I started my physical practice of yoga, I also became fascinated with yoga. After which I decided to attend every class in Kalyan Nagar Gold Gym and that was my right choice. I was blessed to meet dedicated and very helpful Great Yoga teacher Mrs Navnitha. I really appreciate the depth of knowledge and experience of Navnitha yoga madam. So I grew an enormous amount of intellectually, spiritually and emotionally over the weeks. I appreciate her clarity, commitment and broad knowledge and experience giving for the class and very wonderful human being with spectacular yoga moves. Navnitha mam you are the best yoga teacher for ever.???

Good - good equipment and machinery Bad - the music sucks; especially during bollywood dance classes, the loud music is horrible - Karthik doesn't even close the door. Ugly - the personal trainers are after you as soon as you join; and they kill you because they want to deliver results, as you are their 'resume'. the shower and other facility is very average.

It's been around 2 months in Gold's Gym, below are the points i would like to list 1. Gym has very good collections of cardio and weight training equipments 2. While joining i was informed that we would be given counseling of dietician as well trainers counseling before preparing our work out card, but after joining no one cares at all. No counseling and trainers do not even care what health problem you have. They simply prepare the card assuming everything and hand it over to you. 3. Trainers only concentrate on female 4. Trainers do not help with your posture or any work out. As already written in other reviews they just stand somewhere chit chatting or talking in phone. 5. Personal trainers will be behind your back for initial 15 days to enroll yourself into personal training. They even come and help you initially. Once you say them you are not interested to take up personal training then they don't even look at you. 6. Always plays boring music

I have been a member of the Golds Gym in Kalyan Nagar for over a year and really like the place. It is well spread out and there is good equipment & sufficient space for everything. The facilities are clean, well maintained.. nothing to complain about. The front staff and head coach are approachable and courteous; unfortunately the same cannot be said of the trainers. They will stand around doing nothing but will not help unless asked. I make this comment only because I have been to Haute fitness in sahakarnagar (previously Golds gym) and the trainers there are quite the opposite, they correct your posture, give you a hand, push you harder, etc. even without being asked to. That's great service.. Unfortunately its not convenient for me, therefore haven't chosen that place. The only but unfortunate experience was of hiring a personal trainer, I paid 9500 for a Sr. Trainer as I have a weak upper back and wanted some focused help on that. This is a lot of money for 12 classes @ approx. 800 per session. I was allocated a guy called Mark who initially was helpful but lost interest completely towards the last few sessions. I had to chase, remind and almost warn him to get him to complete all 12. I started my sessions 4 months ago and am still owed 2 sessions! What is sad is that despite paying so much, no feedback is asked by the management, nothing is documented. The only question I got asked by him was 'will you renew your membership?!!' Hopefully if the management reads this, they will do something about their personal training going forward. Meanwhile I will continue to chase Mark for my last 2 sessions..

Poorly maintained, agreed with Sindhu the general trainers are not bothered. I also see them sway if there is a woman working out and reach out to help them. Toilets are horrible, toilet tissues are a luxury than hygiene for these guys. No dietician, but while signing up they promise world class service.
