About Viva Fit
Viva Fit is the best women-only gym. There are a total of 3 centres in Bangalore. There are many branches in India. Here, 4 types of unique workout programmes are carried out like Circuit training, Pilates, Bodyvive, Bodybalance and Sh'bam. Pilates is an exercise programme designed to make your body stronger and structurally more efficient. Bodyvive and Bodybalance are programmes of group exercises, accompanied by music, developed by Les Mills. Sh'Bam offers the same benefits as circuit training, with the main difference being that it's offered in a group atmosphere using the well known programming of Les Mills pre-choreography. They have European workouts. They also teach Zumba. The Vivafit concept is to provide health and well-being in a pleasant environment with fast and easy workouts exclusively for women. They strive to motivate women to lose weight and feel great by creating habits of exercise and healthy eating.
