About Contours - Women's Fitness Studio
Contours is India’s biggest chain of women’s gyms. They are part of an international chain called Contours Express, headquartered in the U.S. Introduced in India in 2006, They are 12 gyms strong, across the country and growing rapidly. Gyms Gymnasium, commonly known as gyms, is an ideal place for workout when you want to achieve balance between strength training, resistance training and cardio workouts. The personal fitness trainers at gym centres help achieve the right training program for fitness goals through physical exercises and activities performed using gym equipments. It helps in body building, weight loss and body toning. Yoga Yoga is a form of mental and physical wellbeing that has its roots in ancient India. A yoga class typically comprises of yoga asanas or postures, Meditation and pranayama. It helps in improving flexibility, stability and strengthening the core. The different types of yoga are Astanga yoga, Iyengar yoga, Bikram Yoga, Prenatal yoga and more. Zumba Zumba combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations, which allow the Zumba participants to dance away their worries. The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body, and have long term health and wellbeing benefits. Zumba utilizes the principles of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning. It is a mixture of body sculpting movements, exercises for weight loss with easy to follow dance steps.
