Hi All, Please read the full review. ( Going to change your view ) It is a profit-oriented place with goons(few)working as a trainer. Today I have to call Koramangala police to deal such kind of person. I am really disappointed, Today I was beaten by a trainer name PAWAN. Management was least interested to take any actions. So I have to call the Police. I have not filed an FIR, because I don't want to go with legal actions unnecessary. This Incident happens today 1/10/2020. I would like to share My experience. * Joined this Gym in 2017, It was a really awesome place with great trainers. Started taking PT in 2018, Got good result. But realized if you stop taking PT, then you will start feeling discrimination by trainers. they will ask you to give the equipment to their client first. * In the past 1 and half years, Management has given a lot of unachievable targets to trainer, they are in stress, not able to focus on clients at a time, and handling multiple clients. If somebody is not able to achieve, management is throwing them within a very short time frame. I have seen 10 to 15 Good trainers left the gym, in the last 1 and a half years. and some clients did not even get their replacement so far. Why you should not join this gym: 1.If you are not taking personal training, then this is not the right place for you. And if you have stopped taking personal training, better you leave. Many people have done (please see the previous reviews). 2.I have gone with the transformation. I have taken PT twice. If you are not getting the result(Generally it takes a minimum of 8 months to lose 10 to 15 kg with a very strict diet or more depending upon the body to body), the trainer may ask to take some steroids. 3.All trainers are certified (So-called ACE Certified).Don't believe, Take their Certificate number and validate in the website. ACE certification is valid only for two years. 4. in the restroom you may find a syringe in the dustbin. YOU CAN UNDERSTAND what I mean. 5.Gym is located in 4th block Koramangala, opposite to prost. On 15th August 2018, the backside drainage was full, and water came to the road, still, nothing had happened, during rain, It difficult to come out from the gym full of drainage leakage. Why you should join This gym 1. If you want to waste your money in PT, will get the result in a minimum of 8 months, By the time it may be possible your trainer may be kicked out because he was focused on His client at a time and had only a few clients. 2.Housekeeping staff is more polite than trainers. They are really doing their work sincerely. They are cleaning the equipment properly. 3. Management staff is polite , if you have any problem they will promise to fix. But they will not. My Opinion: 1.You can't get 6 pack abs naturally. It requires below 10% fat percentage. If you are professional and your job requires using logical or mathematical thinking (Software or Algorithm), you can not think when your body fat is less than 14%. Body Building is a slow process that takes 10 years. supplements are fine up to some points, but not all the time. Please discuss with the urologist before taking any supplements. 2. Definition of fitness nowadays is, avoid BP and sugar and boost your immunity. That can be achieved by simple physical activity. Taking Protein, creatine , Steroid leads to serious damage in your kidney and Liver. In the COVID situation, I was able to maintain constant weight with 4 pack abs with doing ground exercises, cycling, and skipping. Please do not waste your precious time and money on gym and personal taring. Buy a bicycle , go for cycling, trust me you can cover more distance as compared to distance covered on a treadmill.

hammers fitness koramangala is a great place for workout. Well equipped, and not very crowded. Cleanliness is maintained at all times. Good number of trainers available with great knowldge about nutritions. They do provide a healthy and easy diet chart as well.

If you are nearyby kormagala then hammers fitness koramangala is a good option for you guys. I am gym member from last 8 months and the gym services are great, the equipment, staff, trainer are impressive. They trainers help with the exercise without asking and guide you with the nutrion intake.

It is one of the best Gyms in Koramangala 4 Block. It is really neat and tidy with well equipped facilities. Great management by the team, they have really good trainers.. Who are friendly and patient enough to listen to your fitness goals ,give individual attention. They help you with good workout routine and diet plan .

I was searching online for Gyms in Koramangala 4 Block and after intense research i opted for trial in hammers fitness koramangala. I was so impressed with the trial, the trainers trained me on the first as if i am his personal client and taught me how exercising with help to live a healthy life. And now its almost an year that i havent missed my session. Thanks for suppoty Hammers fitness.
