The cardio theatre is one of the finest I've seen and the equipment very modern in my opinion. All that adds up to a very effective workout session at this centre under good and qualified trainers.

A great place for kickboxing aspirants. The instructors are well trained, it appears, but at the same time fun and friendly and not at all uptight so you can approach them any time.
