About Strong 'n' Slender
Strong 'n' Slender is a Strength & Conditioning Studio located in Kammana Halli, Bangalore. It is owned and operated by a husband - wife team, Roy and Suni. The studio offers group classes in Strength & Conditioning as well as Yoga.
Roy is a CrossFit Level 1, ISSA Certified Trainer and EKFA Level 1 Kettlebell Instructor whose passion for fitness and experimentation with various workout philosophies has seen him transform from being a desk jockey for 22 years to a full time professional fitness trainer.

Suni has over 4 years experience in Yoga. She started her formal training under Sri Mahesh Prabhu and her passion has led her to pursue the art even deeper. She is now a certified Hatha Yoga teacher. Her teaching methodology emphasizes on strong fundamentals and is based on traditional format of Yoga education as practiced in India.

One of the best yoga classes I've had in a long time. They also have strength and conditioning training given by another professional trainer.
