I am a member for a long time. The gym detriorated after the lockdown. They took my money for personal training but after the lockdwon refused to honour their commitment. On top of that they asked me to pay more to get only 50% of my training. How ridiculous this can be?? They aslo refused to grant 7 months lost membership and again asked for 14K to gain half the membership. I protested but the management is so rude that it refused to answer any of my emails or phone calls. The logic given was that they were not helped by anyone in the lockdown so the members have to compensate for their loss! Extremely rude staff, manager and the top management. I tried to lodge complaints on the consumer fora but the management refusefd to answer a legal notice! They will just take your money and then refuse the service. If you join you will permanenetly regret it.
