About Ramanuja Yoga Kendra

Dr T. A. Ramajuchar is a Surgeon and Retired Professor in Surgery who has been trained by a senior disciple of Late Sri B. K. S. Iyengar in Yoga. Ramanuja Yoga Centre imparts training in Yoga which includes Yogasana (postures), Pranayama (breathing) and Dhyana (meditation). Each class is taught on a scientific basis, diligently following the style of world famous Yoga teacher, Late Sri. B. K. S. Iyengar.

Classes on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays are for beginners, whereas those on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays are for those who already have some experience in Yoga. One can choose either of the above days and timing convenient to them. Each person has to bring his/her own Yoga mat.
