Rolls
Rolls are one of the best snacks for movie night. Spread a few large flour tortillas with mayonnaise or the dressing of your choice. Choose fat free for a low calorie snack! Then layer on lettuce, cheese and any meat cutlet of your choosing. Next roll the tortilla up and cut it into bite size pieces.
Pina coladas
Pina Coladas are easy to make and your friends will appreciate you for them. Toss a cup of pineapple juice, 1/2 a cup of water, 1/3 a cup of coconut mix, and a few scoops of ice cream into a blender. Add a few ice cubes if needed. Blend for a few minutes or until desired consistency. You can add a few drops of vanilla, lime, and coconut flavouring too. Top off with whipped cream and a cherry!

Popcorn
Movie nights are not complete without popcorn. Without unhealthy additives, it is an ideal snack that has few calories and high fibre content. While you shouldnt add salt or fats to your popcorn, you dont have to eat it plain. Ground cinnamon, grated nutmeg, powdered ginger, ground black pepper, five-spice powder and allspice are other examples of healthful seasonings.
