Seems informative, hope the values are “near to” correct values, coz I accept these values shall only be tentative/approximate.

  3. Can We believe in Calories are correct ?
suppose In coconut water 15.2 KCal (mentioned above)
If we search on google directly It shows 19 Cal only (not in Kcal). [in 100g].

Why so much difference (cal or Kcal)

  11. Mastering the art of air frying involves the delicate balance between achieving tantalizing crispiness and avoiding undesirable sogginess. For a comprehensive guide on mastering the balance between crispiness and tenderness in air-fried dishes, visit http://www.airfryer.com.se. The key lies in understanding the nuances of cooking times and temperatures. For that coveted crunch, a light coat of oil and proper preheating set the stage. Ensuring adequate space between items allows hot air to circulate evenly, preventing moisture buildup. When aiming for a softer texture, slightly lower temperatures and extended cooking times can transform your air-fried creations into tender delights. Experimentation is paramount, as different ingredients may require adjustments. With a grasp of these techniques, you’ll navigate the crispy-soggy spectrum seamlessly and savor the perfection of your air-fried dishes.
