Somebody asks you to smile for the camera and you make ultra weird faces just to hide that extra flab under your chin! The problem is real! Well, lets not deny that we have all been there and done that. But hey, getting that super sexy and slick face is possible. Heres how! Just do these easy-to-do face exercises and you dont have to worry about double chin again.
Kissing the Giraffe
Giraffes are beautiful animals. Even if you care to differ, imagine to love them. Tilt your head backward, look to the ceiling and pretend to kiss a giraffe. Hold the pout for at least 7-10 seconds whenever you find the time and your double chin will shy away. Relax for a couple of seconds and repeat.
Pose like a Model
Remember those magazine models? Have you noticed how they sit with their fingers folded under the chin? Do it. And make sure your press you chin up well. This will not only tone your chin muscles but will also help reduce it. Push and hold for as long as you can. Repeat 20-25 times. You could also use the back of your hand to pat on your chin. This is equally effective.
Stretch that Smile
Smile from ear to ear! If you cant do it with your lips alone then use your hands. Smile as broadly as you can and then stretch it with your hands. The position of your hands should be a V and push as far as you can. Hold – release – repeat.
Fish Face
Childhoods repeat telecast, maybe? Well yes. But it sure is effective, so why not! Make the fish face and hold it for a few seconds. Release, relax and repeat.

Get Tongue Tied
Its not as difficult as it sounds. Put that over enthusiastic mind of yours to rest and just follow our lead. Your tongue has the power to put your neck and throat muscles to work; without actually talking! With the tip of your tongue pressed against the upper wall of your mouth, open your mouth as wide as you can. Breathe normally while doing this and repeat it a couple of times.
Jaw drop
Thats how we like to call this! Its like that awe-inspired jaw drop but with a twist. Drop your jaw as low as possible but let your tongue do it for you. Place your tongue on your lower teeth and push that jaw as low as possible. Dont forget to breathe. Rest and repeat.
Do The Roly-Poly
No, not the nursery rhyme where you rotate your hands. Do the roly-poly with your fingers on your cheeks. Use both your hands to make circles, both clockwise and anti-clockwise. Make sure your are applying enough pressure to stretch the cheek muscles but dont overdo it.
Rotating your Neck
Though it might sound like a boring exercise, rotating your neck is a great way to tone your chin and neck muscles. Pay attention! Rotating your neck too fast could make you dizzy. Just go slow and stretch as much as you can.
