Mandira’s Workout Regimen:

When Madira had to first hit the screen to take on some seriously physically challenging stuff she decided to do it like a boss! In one of the interviews, she said – “I thought if I’m going to be wearing shorts on national television, let me have the body for it. That is when I got myself a trainer. I wanted to be a fit and strong contender”. But as it happens, the show was just the beginning.

Having started off,she was so addicted to fitness that even after the show she didn’t want to stop. She wanted to be stronger and faster than ever, and going by her recent show-stopping performance with the saree, she has clearly been successful. We bet you too are curious about her amazing physique. Mandira now works out for 5 days a week (6 if she can) and absolutely loves it! Not keeping the suspense for too long, here’s Mandira’s workout for you – a mix of circuit training and cardio is her thing! And this is what we think she does to look so stunning –

*Note: This iron lady follows either circuit 1 or circuit 2 when she’s working out at home. When she hits the gym, we are betting that she spends time on the machines and also has a personal trainer who guides her through her workouts. Sumo squats, inch walk, shoulder raises are some of her common workouts too. Apart from these, Mandira also loves to run and swim.

Diet Guide:

The ravishing fitness fanatic has one mantra that she follows very religiously – eating clean. She follows a very simple meal plan and doesn’t really believe in the 3 square meal or 5-6 small meal plan. She eats when she’s hungry and by and large that happens at regular intervals. It’s like her body clock has adjusted itself well and is doing pretty good for her as we can see the amazing results. Here’s her diet chart for you:

First thing in the morning – Apple Cider Vinegar in warm water.
Morning – Black Coffee with coconut oil and a piece of fruit.
Breakfast – Eggs and toast with cold coffee (sometimes).
Lunch – Dal, roti, and vegetables
5 PM Snack – Puffed rice, makhana, soya nuts, dry fruits, and nuts. (one of these)
Dinner (latest by 8PM) – Dal, roti, and vegetables . Sometimes without rotis.
Post workout snacks – Protein shake in water or protein bar.
