Most of us still consider the outdoors as one of our favourite morning workout places. Early morning running, jogging, cycling in the fresh air, are good means to stay fit. However, the question to ponder is now with urbanization, less trees and more skyscrapers, can we still expect fresh air? Can we exercise outdoors in fresh, pollution-free air?

Why the gym?

Well, a few decades ago, pollution was not a concern nor was there scarcity of fresh air. However, the availability of a suitable outdoor space for exercising itself is questionable, with urbanization picking up at a fast space. Why not use the right approach to reach your fitness goals?  Why not consider a gym for exercising? True that running in a park and running on a treadmill can have the same benefits that help you burn off fat, provide muscle strength and increase your stamina, but how do you know where to stop in the absence of a proper guidance? No matter how much effort you put in outdoors without the suitable equipment and in the absence of a proper coach your efforts will go vain. Long time ago there was scarcity of fitness centres and gyms and were also at a very primitive stage that had only handful of people joining them.

You’re almost forced to skip your routine exercise in adverse winter, busy work schedule may make it difficult for you to stick to a regular routine and this may eventually de-motivate you in terms of exercising. When you pursue cycling, running, jogging, or aerobic exercises outdoors on your own you’re not aware of how much of that is required and how much of these is good for you to achieve your goals? What if you over do certain exercises? What if you’re not following the right food pattern that goes well with the workouts? Certainly a workout under the guidance of a fitness expert and in a fitness centre that has all the equipment to help you focus on your goals is an ideal choice. Moreover group exercises, no impact of weather or pollution, flexible time to accommodate your convenience, expert guidance are few factors that encourage you to exercise.
