In a large mixing bowl, add whole eggs and milk and whisk well until the milk and eggs combine. Add the raw papaya paste to this and mix well again. Add the flour mixture to this part by part and mix gently. Ensure there are no lumps. Add vanilla extract and set aside. Heat a teaspoon of oil on a frying pan. Pour the batter to form small pancakes. Wait until golden brown and then flip. Serve hot or cold with maple syrup and crushed almonds.

For the next layer, beat yogurt with saffron. Spread over the raw papaya mixture and refrigerate for another hour and a half. Cut into cubes and serve.
